Banana Milk Shake


  • 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
  • 1 medium (100g) banana
  • 100mL cold water
  • 100mL cold low-fat or skim milk


  • Peel and roughly cut up banana into pieces
  • Put cut bananas, Glucerna SR™, water, and milk into blender
  • Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated and smooth
  • Serve cool or cold in a cup or glass
