Papaya Milk Shake


  • 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna SR™ powder
  • ¼ large slice (100g) of large papaya
  • 100mL cold water
  • 100mL cold low-fat or skim milk


  • Remove skin and seeds from papaya and clean
  • Cut papaya into inch-sized pieces
  • Put papaya, Glucerna SR™, water, and milk into blender
  • Blend ingredients together until well-incorporated and smooth
  • Serve cool or cold in a cup or glass
